Alcohol, go light. With summer around the corner many people will be upping the amount of alcohol that they drink daily, but you may want to reconsider this, it is ok to drink, but always in moderation. Some examples of this are to choose a wine cooler instead of hard liquor or to choose a sangria, cold beer or wine spritzer. If you stick to just two drinks a day you’ll get to enjoy your alcohol while still gaining the healthy benefits of heart health without going overboard.

Sleep well. You need to resist the urge to stay up later on the long summer days.
