And when you do get stressed out, have a back up plan so that you can calm down again. Tea, yoga, and quiet spaces are all good things that can help a person relax.

It may be hard to think about the future when you have schizophrenia, but it’s an important thing to do. Setting goals and staying focused on them is a great way to make it through the day.

When you have goals then you have something to aim for. When you are focused, it makes it harder for your brain to have hallucinations.

Basil leaves are one of the best natural remedies that can help to promote healthier brain functions. The herb has been shown to help with many brain disorders, including schizophrenia.
